I had a mini session with Jane several weeks ago after which I was more deeply relaxed than when I get a massage. There was, however, another benefit which I’ve recently discovered. Usually I don’t sit cross-legged because it hurts my knees. One day I decided to give it a try. To my amazement I sat for 10 or 15 minutes and had no knee pain whatever! Now, that’s a real benefit!
